Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0924355A2] The defense threshold (8) width amounts to particularly virtually 25 % of the rain water overflow basin (2) periphery. The rain overflow basin is polygonal or round and is a cyclone basin with a loaded accumulator area (2a) in the first quadrant and an unloaded accumulator area in the fourth quadrant. The rain cyclone basin has a central shaft for accommodation of all control and/or regulating devices for the installation. The overflow area (9) is formed as a trough, particularly as a circulating trough with the rain overflow basin.
