[origin: DE19756980C1] The plug contact has an adapter region with a taper, for matching to the guide cross-section of a guide rail, the adapter region being rotationally non- symmetrical to prevent its rotation relative to the guide rail. The adapter region of the plug contact may have a plug shaft for fixing the latter in a reception space of a plug housing, all the plug contacts of a cable module having the same size and shape.
