[origin: EP0924818A2] The wire (12) is fed vertically by a roller feed unit (14) through a guide (15) and passes through an outlet in an indexing unit and is inserted into the clamping element in a terminal block. The wire is cut to length and the indexing element turned through 180 degrees to present the wire end to the next terminal block positioned under the outlet.
