Abstract (en)
The treatment medium is introduced in the form of jets between the bath bottom (2) and the strip (1) undergoing treatment. Carrying and suction effect stabilizes the strip position close to the bath bottom, and prevents its rise. The bath bottom is provided with one or more openings for delivery of the treatment liquid to the underside of the strip.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Oberflächenbehandeln von Bändern mit Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere zum Beizen gewalzter Metallbänder, zur Führung eines Bandes im Behandlungsbad, in dem das zu behandelnde Metallband horizontal durch flache Flüssigkeitsbäder geführt wird. Sie ist vornehmlich dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Behandlungsmediums zwischen Boden und zu behandelnden Band eingedüst wird und einen Trag- und Sogeffekt erzeugt der die Auflage des Bandes auf den Bottichboden entlastet und ein Abheben des Bandes behindert. <IMAGE>
