Abstract (en)
A cylindrical hole is produced in the refractory lining of the metallurgical vessel and/or the lining of the tapping hole by a breaking or removing process, with use of a tool whose active working area is small in comparison with the hole to be produced. The tool is rotated perpendicular to the axis of the hole. At least two blocks with holes of a smaller diameter are joined to produce a pipe stack (50) which is subsequently introduced into the hole in the refractory lining. The gap between the pipe stack and the hole is filled with a hardenable refractory mass. An Independent claim is also included for an apparatus for carrying out the method. The apparatus includes a unit (1) for producing a cylindrical hole in the refractory lining, and a unit (5) for introducing a pipe stack into this hole. The two units are sequentially operable.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Erstellung, insbesondere zur Emeuerung einer feuerfesten Auskleidung einer Abstichöffnung von metallurgischen Gefäßen. Erfindungsgemäß ist dazu vorgesehen, daß in einem ersten Schritt eine zylindrische Öffnung in das Feuerfestmaterial mit der Maßgabe eingebracht wird, daß die Bearbeitung mit kleinflächig wirkenden Werkzeugen, die über den zu erstellenden Durchbruchquerschnitt bewegt werden, erfolgt und in einem zweiten Schritt ein erstellter Rohrstapel mittels einer Vorrichtung in die Öffnung der Zustellung eingebracht, gehalten und der Spalt durch Einbringen und Erhärtenlassen Eimer plastifizierten feuerfesten Masse vermauert wird. Die Vorrichtung besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Ausbrucheinrichtung (1) mit einer Vielzahl von kleinen zu einer Bohreinheit (20) zusammengefaßten Hämmern (2) mit Werkzeugschneiden (21) und einer Einsetzvorrichtung (5) mit einem Tragteil (52) und einem Spannteil (53) für ein Implantieren eines Lochsteinstapels (50) zur Halterung bei der Ausfüllung des Spaltes mit plastifizierter Feuerfestmasse. <IMAGE>
