[origin: FR2753376A1] The invention concerns a pharmaceutical composition, particularly to be orally administered, containing a lipophilic phase and at least one active principle consisting of amisulpride, one of its laevo-rotary and dextro-rotary isomers or an amisulpride derivative selected among its additive salts with phamaceutically acceptable acids, its quaternary ammonium salts, its oxides and their leavo-rotary and dextro-rotary isomers. The invention has useful therapeutic applications.
