Abstract (en)
The textile garment interlining material comprises warps (7) and wefts (10) of at least one synthetic fiber material. The warps and wefts have the same thickness among themselves and are of the same material within the warps and wefts. In different zones (6,8,9), the warps are at different densities and/or are woven differently. The warps (7) and wefts (10) are worked into smooth yarns, of the same or different thicknesses. The warps and wefts can be used as textured yarns or multi-component filament yarns with the core as a smooth capillary filament and a mantle of crimped capillary filaments. Alternatively they can be of multi-filament spun fiber yarns, with surfaces which can be roughened, of the same or different thickness and with the same or different elasticity. The warps can be smooth yarns, and the wefts textured or multi-component yarns, or vice versa. The yarns are of the same or different thickness and of the same or different materials. The warps and wefts are composed of micro-fibers in an individual thickness of less than or equal to 1.3 dtex to give warps of 20-330 dtex and wefts of 18-330 dtex. The warps are not sized. The interlining fabric is given conventional finishing treatments to give a structured surface and elasticity, and coated with an adhesive to give a material weight of 35-150 g/m<2> in categories of chest/patch 50/80 g/m<2>, chest/patch 70/95 g/m<2> and chest/patch 90/115 g/m<2>. An Independent claim is included for the production of the garment interlining where the woven fabric is given zones of different structures through altering the warp density and/or the type of weave. Preferred Features: The reed (2) has gaps (4) of equal widths across the reed width. For the lighter weight zones (6), for the chest areas, single warps are drawn through the reed, with multiple warps drawn through each reed opening for the heavier patch sections (9). An irregular number of warps (8a-8c) are drawn through the reed openings to give the transit zone between the lighter and heavier woven sections, with periodic shifts in the numbers of warps through each reed opening to give the transit zone structure. A stepped reed can be used, where the reed openings are of different widths in zones to give a regular or irregular warp structure through the reed with single and/or multiple warps in zones, or a periodic changing warp structure. The reed is stepped with a reed opening density of 100 openings/10 cm and/or a reed for different types of weaving. The reed can have 100-400 openings/10 cm and particularly 125-320 openings/10 cm.
Abstract (de)
<IMAGE>
