Abstract (en)
The workpiece surface, like buttons, button blanks or similar objects, are tensioned for processing in processing devices of turrets, etc. The tool that can be advanced onto the fastening plate incorporating the button, especially a miller, is held by a tool carrier which is located adjustably in the x-y-z directions and can travel relative to the positioned workpiece. The adjusting movement is generated by program-controlled drive motors. The program has the control data for the motor control units corresponding to the different patterns to be machined or designs of workpiece.

Zum selbsttätigen Bearbeiten, insbesondere Fräsen von räumlichen Mustern und Darstellungen auf den Oberflächen von Werkstücken, wie z.B. Knöpfen, wird das auf die den Knopf aufnehmende Befestigungsplatte zustellende Werkzeug, z.B. ein Fräser, von einem Werkzeugträger aufgenommen, der in den drei Koordinatenachsen einstellbar und verfahrbar gegenüber dem positionierten Werkstück angeordnet ist. Die Einstellbewegung wird in den Koordinatenachsen durch Antriebsmotoren erzeugt, die programmgesteuert sind. Das Programm enthält die Steuerdaten für die Motorsteuerungen entsprechend den zu erstellenden Mustern bzw. Designs des Werkstückes. <IMAGE>
