Abstract (en)

A strip material directional machine (10) is incorporated and strip material (4) runs through the coil unwinder and winder. In the sand blast chamber (7,8,7a ... 7n,8) sand blasts (8) are directed against only one side of the strip material. Between the directional machine (10) and the winding unit (5) a through-suspended loop (12) of the strip material (4) is formed.

Beschrieben werden ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zum Mattieren der Oberflächen von Edelstahlblechen durch eine Sandstrahlbehandlung. Dabei wird ein als Bund oder Coil (3) gespeichertes bzw. bevorratetes Bandmaterial (4) kontinuierlich oder intermittierend abgewickelt und in dieser Bewegung durch mindestens eine Kammer (7 bzw. 7a .... 7n) geführt sowie darin von nur einer Seite her einer Sandstrahlbehandlung (8) ausgesetzt. Daraufhin bzw. nachfolgend wird das Bandmaterial (4) einem Richtvorgang (10) unterworfen sowie endlich wieder zu einem Bund oder Coil (6) aufgewickelt. <IMAGE>
