[origin: WO9813562A1] A two-part sunshade holder has a supporting part (2) which can swivel relative to the retaining part (1) together with or around a retaining screw (3). A clamping part (4) locks the two parts (1, 2) in the desired position relative to one another. Also disclosed is a special embodiment in which the retaining part (1K, 1L) is also made of two or more parts, enabling the sunshade to be vertically adjusted as well.
