[origin: EP0928769A1] The crane jib module comprises three lengthwise bars (1,2) linked by triangular connecting members (9) made from cutout and folded metal sheet. Each connecting member has at least two straight segments (10,11) joined at a corner (12), is made e.g. in a V-shaped configuration, and is welded to the lengthwise bars, which are also made preferably from folded sheet metal sections.
