[origin: EP0928853A1] The arrangement applies vibrations to the structure (1). It incorporates a transmitter (5) containing a coil (22) subjected to a high frequency oscillation emanating from a signal generator (6) producing a voltage signal of frequency in the region of 141 kHz and transmitting corresponding vibrations. The transmitter is associated with an amplifier (7) for amplifying the voltage signal from the signal generator and has at least one contact antenna (27) which can be physically connected to the structure.
