[origin: EP0928854A1] The arrangement applies vibrations to the structure (1). It uses a transmitter (3) subjected to a high-frequency oscillation emanating from a signal generator (4) producing a voltage signal of frequency in the region of 141 kHz. It is associated with a mains stage with a mains transformer (7), which outputs a voltage isolated from the mains. The mains stage has two DC voltage outputs for positive and negative voltages, which can be optionally connected to at least one conductor (8) associated with the structure and which can be grounded. Only one output of the mains stage forming a potential sink with respect to the earth potential of the surroundings is activated.
