[origin: EP0928870A1] The lock has a control mechanism (3) for at least one actuating bar (4, 4A), return springs (8) and a bolt retaining member. The latter is in the form of a toggle lever system (25) with two bars connected by a pivot (28) and linked via articulated joints (29, 30) to the bolt bars (4, 4A) and housing, acting as a stay for the long bolts when in an unstable position of equilibrium.
