[origin: EP0930030A2] The base (16) of the bristle part (14) is made of rigid plastic material and is divided into several segments (17). Tunnels (20), filled with soft synthetic material are positioned between each pair of segments (17). The bristle part (14) is surrounded by a groove (30), which is filled with the same soft synthetic material and is continued along both sides of the handle bar (12).
