[origin: EP0930232A1] Soft paste products are wrapped in a tubular sheeting and conveyed to a shaping and apportioning unit (9). Directly before entering the unit (9), the wrapped product travels through a dispenser unit (5) which meters the quantity of product per unit time and is in the form of two axially parallel rotary rollers (6,7), with the space between the rollers being set by an eccentric mounting of the axle (15,16) of at least one roller. An Independent claim is also included for a device used for shaping and apportioning paste products.
