Abstract (en)
A method of and apparatus for dispensing a beverage, comprise providing a bulk container (2) containing a beverage having a base gas content. At least two supply lines (6,8) are provided for dispensing the beverage from the container, and the gas content of the beverage is altered from the base gas content at (12,14) within at least one of the supply lines. Such gas content alteration may be of the CO2 or N2 content of the beverage, and alteration may take place across a liquid-impervious, gas-permeable membrane. <IMAGE>
