Abstract (en)
The texturizing appts. (4) takes the fibril bundles (6) which have passed between it and a roller (1a) of the paired drawing rollers (1). The separate false twisting jets (8) give a directional twist to each bundle (6) on the direction which it took on rolling off the drawing roller, which increases the tension on the fibril bundles (6) between the texturizing (4) and drawing (1) stages. The false twist in each fibril bundle (6) is through the corresponding texturizing jet, between the jet and the drawing stage roller (1a). The false twisting action is divided into two compartments, with a twist imposed on the fibril bundle in each in the required twist direction. Each jet is divided into two compartments, where each is at the same or different enclosed angle with the common mantle line (15) of the roller (1a). The fibril bundles (6) move from the exit point of the drawing roller (1a) to the texturizing jets, without a path deflection, to the feed section (9). An Independent claim is included to carry out the method.

Die erfindungsgemässe Anordnung von Filamentbündel in einem Teil einer Spinnstrecktexturier- oder Strecktexturiermaschine, zeigt eine fächerförmige Anordnung dieser Filamentbündel, bei welchen vorzugsweise die Längsachsen (16) die Filamentbündel aufnehmenden Texturierdüsen coaxial mit einer Verbindungslinie (17) verlaufen, welche sich von einer Abgabestelle (15) einer Streckrolle (8) bis zum Ausgang jeder einzelnen Texturierdüse (8) erstreckt. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
