Abstract (en)
The cooking appliance has at least one upper essentially plane plate and at least one heating element. The plate has a concave shape (9) under which the heating element is placed. This is calibrated to a maximum temperature of the order of 450 degrees C. The heater has two temperature limiters which are triggered at maximum temperatures of 400 to 580 degrees C. The heating element, is regulated by a thermostat, and is of an annular shape placed peripherally under the concavity.
