[origin: DE19642391A1] The invention relates to a table comprising a table top (1) and a supporting frame (2) on rollers in order to hold table top (1) up. In order to design a larger number of similar high density tables which can be stacked horizontally, the supporting frame (2) comprises a vertical frame with rollers (10,11), which can rotate about a first horizontal axis, placed on the underside and a topside on which the table top (1) is hinged in order to rotate on a second horizontal axis parallel to the first. The supporting frame (2) also contains a support (12) which is securably attached to the frame (3) comprising, from the frame (3) outwards, two legs (14, 16,15,17) which form a substantial v-shape and protrude from the base of the frame. The end of table top (1) furthermost away from the frame is supported on the legs when it is folded in a horizontal position of use. Leg height is lower than clearance height of frame (2) or lower rim (9) of table top (1) which is lifted into a substantially vertical position in relation to horizontal stacks of several tables of the same type.
