[origin: WO9815627A1] The invention provides an expression construct for expressing a polypeptide in fish, which construct comprises a nucleic acid coding sequence encoding the polypeptide operably linked to a regulatory sequence capable of directing the expression of the coding sequence in a cell of the fish. It also provides methods of using such constructs to produce recombinant polypeptides in transgenic fish.
