Abstract (en)
The assembly (10-26) for cutting fresh meat has a conveyor to carry the meat held in place under a second conveyor as a retainer. The retainer conveyor is pressed against the carried meat by a tensioner adjusted to a constant pressure value. The first or second conveyors are constantly recirculating belts with drives. The tensioner is at least one pneumatic cylinder.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Zerkleinern von Nahrungsmitteln mit einer Schneidstation (3), einem im wesentlichen horizontalen Förderer (4) zum Zuführen der Nahrungsmittel zur Schneidstation (3) und einem oberhalb des horizontalen Förderers (4) mit Abstand angeordneten Niederhalter-Förderer (8), wobei der Niederhalter-Förderer (8) mittels einer Vorspanneinrichtung (7, 12), deren Vorspannkraft auf einen konstanten Wert einstellbar ist, gegen auf dem Förderer (4) befindliche Nahrungsmittel anpreßbar ist. <IMAGE>
