Abstract (en)
To change the rolls in a papermaking machine, an adhesive is applied to an empty core sleeve in a width matching the paper width. The prepared core sleeve is laid on the moving paper web, and the web is cut across its width at the previously wound roll so that it is immediately picked up and wound by the empty core sleeve. The adhesive on the core sleeve gives the paper an increased adhesion with the sleeve at the start of winding round it. The adhesion disappears after a time so that, on unwinding, the end of the paper is easily detached from the core of the roll. The amount of applied adhesive is adjustable. After each application of adhesive, the applicator is returned to a park position to be cleaned and preferably flushed through. An Independent claim is included for an assembly with an adhesive applicator (7), which is moved over the paper web zone and across the direction of paper web movement.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Wechseln von Rollen bei Papiermaschinen, insbesondere Tissuemaschinen. Sie ist vornehmlich dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über nahezu die gesamte Papierbahnbreite ein Kleber auf eine leere Hülse aufgetragen wird, die so vorbereitete Hülse danach auf die laufende Papierbahn aufgelegt und die Papierbahn in ihrer gesamten Breite von der in Betrieb befindlichen Rolle getrennt und sofort auf der leeren Hülse fixiert und weiter gewickelt wird. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung auch eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens, wobei eine Kleberauftragsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die an einer Aufwickelvorrichtung zumindest über den Bereich der Papierbahn quer zur Bahnlaufrichtung verfahrbar angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
