[origin: EP0931892A2] The fastener has flat plate head (1), an opening for receiving a fastener bolt, and at least one vertical plate (5) extending in a radial direction from the rear side (3) of the fastener head in a plane at right angles to the head. An Independent claim is also included for the use of the fasteners for securing insulation material to preferably vertical building surfaces.
