Abstract (en)
The decorative element includes a window-simulating frame (1) to enclose a translucent or reflecting pane which covers a motif element simulating the room closed off by the window. The motif is made of colored paper or colored or reflecting film and the motif is exchangeable and has dissimilar motifs on its two sides. The pane is clear, milkily dull or partly clear and partly dull. The decorative element is fixed to the door by screw, bonding, rivet and/or nails, the frame being left free of bond along one side thus leaving a slit for motif exchange. The screws are run from inside to fix the frame to the outside of the door and an inner frame enclosed by an outer frame has inside frame components such as transom bars etc. The pane is made of plastics, specifically Flexiglass.

Es ist ein dekoratives Flächenelement (B) beschrieben worden, das an der Außenseite des (42) eines Torblatts oder Torblattpaneels (46) beispielsweise durch von der Innenseite (43) her lösbare Schrauben (5) befestigbar ist. Das dekorative Flächenelement (B) weist zum Simulieren eines Fensters einen Außenrahmen (1) und eine von diesem umrahmte lichtdurchlässige oder reflektierende Scheibe (2) auf. Bevorzugt ist ein Motivelement (3) hinter einer lichtdurchlässigen Scheibe (2) vorgesehen. Durch Anbringen des dekorativen Flächenelements (B) kann der Außenseite (42) des Torblatts auch nachträglich und in kostengünstiger Weise, ohne die Fertigung und die Isolations- oder einbruchschützende Wirkung des Torblatts zu beeinträchtigen, ein an eine mit Fenstern versehene Fassade anpaßbares Aussehen gegeben werden (siehe Fig. 10). <IMAGE>
