[origin: FR2759095A1] The invention concerns a device comprising on each heddle (2) in the proximity of its mail (2b) or of its warp eye for fixing a neck twine, a joining piece (10), made of synthetic material, mounted sliding on the heddle (2) and comprising, opposite the mail or equivalent, an end part (14) having no salient angle with its transverse cross-section decreasing away from said mail, and in the proximity of this mail, a cylindrical bearing surface (13) for the attachment, by radial clamping, of a tubular element (15) with an internal diameter substantially equal to that of said mail and a length greater than that of the linking zone, such that, when the joining piece is brought against the mail, it encloses said mail and moves beyond it. The tubular element (15) can be made of a heat shrinkable synthetic material, capable of shrinking after it has been positioned, or it can consist of a helical spring.
