[origin: WO9812475A1] A vessel (1) provided with an axial gas injector (6) defines a gas mixing chamber (7). A superstructure defines a radial Venturi tube with a neck (21) and a mixing tube (22) leading to flame nozzles (27). The mixing chamber (9) is supplied with air by a main path (11) with low load loss, radially oriented from above the cooking table (3), and a complementary path (31) passing through an opening (32) of the vessel, and supplying air coming from under the cooking table (3). The invention is useful for optimising primary ventilation, security, and the carbon monoxide content in products of combustion.
