Abstract (en)
The contaminated air is directly sucked into a duct (29) where it drops as a cooled air current next to the display surface (23), e.g. an ice-cooled display stand. The sinking air current is separated from the atmospheric air by a screen (27) set at a distance from the edge of the display surface. The contaminated air can be neutralized with an activated carbon filter.

Bei einem offenen Verkaufsstand (21) für Fisch wird zur Verminderung der Geruchsemission die am gekühlten Verkaufsgut vorbeigeströmte und daher abgekühlte und mit Fischgeruch kontaminierte Luft in einem Kanal (29) am Verkaufsstand aufgefangen und durch einen Aktivkohlefilter (31) neutralisiert. <IMAGE>
