[origin: EP0933476A2] The arrangement has a scissors, grid-like carrier (2) for claws, points or similar which can be deployed across the road. At least one controller has an output fed to a control element for the carrier. The claws (4), points or similar are pivotally mounted on the carrier and can be pivoted into an ineffective position by a vehicle moving in a first direction, whereas they penetrate the tires (5a) of a vehicle moving in the opposite direction
