Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0934717A1] The refrigerated glass case (1) comprises a bowl (2) mounted on a chassis enclosing a cold battery (7). A front glass leaf (4) pivots in front of the bowl and a single loading plate (11) covers the opening surface of the bowl. The bowl comprises a blowing element and a deflector (8) enabling a limited cold zone to be created which extends slightly above the products on the loading plate.
