[origin: FR2754983A1] The invention concerns a rigid band in particular for watch made up of a plurality of adjacent chain links (1) mutually coupled by linking elements (7). This band is characterised in that two adjacent chain links (1) are coupled by at least one cylindrical linking means (7) having an arc-shaped cross section, extending over at least part of the width of the chain links (1), each chain link (1) being recessed, from its side faces, with a groove (9) with a shape matching that of the linking element (7), with its concave part directed towards the inside of the band, such that part of the linking element (7) can be located (9) in a groove of an adjacent chain link (1), and slide in these grooves (9), the chain links (1) and/or the linking elements (7) comprise stop means (5, 5') for controlling and limiting the displacement.
