Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0936005A1] The tool consists of a rotary bending head with the wire (5) passing between two fingers (41,42). The fingers are carried on the end of a shaft (4) which can be driven so it rotates about the axis (XX',YY') of either finger. The shaft is supported by guides (11,21) which are concentric with the axes of the two shafts, each guide being set in a second guide (12,22) which is not concentric with the first.
