[origin: EP0936033A2] The hand tool has a handle (2) extending from a housing (1), which is itself shaped ergonomically as a hand grip (3) on the side opposite the grinding head. An additional grip piece (4), which is spaced apart from the handle, is connected to the handle by an ergonomically shaped knob (5). The knob is mounted on an arm (6) which can pivot on the housing or slide within it. When the knob is in the folded position or slid within the housing, it matches the contours of the housing to form a continuous surface. When it is folded outwards or withdrawn into the housing, the rear (14) of the grip piece suits the shape of the ball of the thumb.
