[origin: EP0936337A1] The garage door is opened and closed by an electric motor driving a chain which runs through a guide rail the position of which may be adjusted axially. The unit also incorporates a pressure spring which operates axially between the movable rail and end-stop, tensioning the chain-roller and chain.
