[origin: EP0936415A2] The system comprises a conductor system leading from a cold water connection (28) over a heat swapper (14) of a heater to tapping points (36). The circulation water quantity is limited to a value lying underneath the switch-on water quantity, and the heat source is controlled at a circulation operation with the power necessary for the conservation of a predetermined circulation water temperature. Control devices are provided in the heater, which activate the heat source with a power according to a tapped water quantity, if the water quantity flowing to the heat swapper oversteps a predetermined value.
