Abstract (en)
The cross bearers (3) locate on the vertical columns (2) and are connected with them. At their ends they hold the longitudinal bearers (4). Surrounding walls are arranged independently of the support construction and outside it without having any support function. Ther vertical columns (2) support the cross bearers (3) at a distance from their ends. The cross bearers locate on two vertical columns. The longitudinal bearers are held by at least two cross bearers. The house can have four cross bearers. The longitudinal bearers locate on the cross bearers and are connected to them. The house has a roof formed by spars (6) supported by the support construction. At least one cross bearer (3) has a truss construction (5) for the roof fixed to it.

Ein Wohnhaus, bestehend aus ein oder zwei Wohnungsgeschossen und einem mit Dachsparren (6) gebildeten, einen First aufweisenden Dach, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine aus Stahlträgern bestehende Tragkonstruktion (2, 3, 4, 5) geschoßhohe vertikale Ständer (2), Querträger (3) und Längsträger (4) aufweist, die Querträger (3) auf den vertikalen Ständern (2) so aufliegen, daß die vertikalen Ständer (2) die Querträger (3) mit Abstand von deren Enden stützen, die Querträger (3) an ihren Enden die Längsträger (4) halten, die Längsträger (4) die Dachsparren (6) tragen und Umfassungswände (19) außerhalb der Tragkonstruktion (2, 3, 4, 5) unabhängig von der und ohne tragende Funktion für die Tragkonstruktion (2, 3, 4, 5) angeordnet sind. Das erfindungsgemäße Wohnhaus erlaubt die Errichtung der Tragkonstruktion und Aufbringung des Daches in kürzester Zeit, bevor Außenwände (19) und Innenwände gesetzt werden. <IMAGE>
