Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0937843A2] Tumblers (5) are movably mounted in radial holes (17,4) in the housing (1) and rotor (2). Each tumbler consists of a housing pin (6) and rotor pin (7). A key is inserted into a key-duct (8) to release the rotor against the spring (18) force. The end of at least one rotor pin next to the housing pin has an inner shoulder round it tilting towards the lengthwise axis (12) of the rotor pin. The housing-hole for this tumbler has a corresponding shoulder (14) next to which on the inside is a cylindrical guide surface (13) in which the housing pin is radially movable with little play.
