Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0938933A2] The circuit (20) works an operating block (23) of the dispenser (2). A locking element (26) is especially provided for the blocking operation, and pref. the locking element has a control cam (27). The circuit has a control rotor (26, 33), which especially lies the rotor in the axis (10) of the dispenser. An indicator (40, 42) is provided for indicating the control condition.
