Abstract (en)
The slotted twisting plates are carried on wheels (2), having several star-like projecting arms/bearing points (2a). The free end (2b) of each arm carries a roller (3a), which is freely turnable about an axis at right angles to the plane of the wheel. Each star wheel has an associated drive wheel (4) with curved apertures (4a) in the outer edge, corresponding to the rollers. The drive wheels are connected to each other for the purpose of twisting the strapping wires, via a motor-driven common drive system (5,a).

Bei der Umschnürstation einer Ballenpresse für Abfallmaterialien weisen die die geschlitzten Verdrillscheiben ( 1, 1a ) tragenden Räder ( 2 ) weisen sich sternförmig nach außen erstreckende Arme ( 2a ) auf, an deren freien Enden ( 2b ) je eine um eine vertikale Achse ( 3 ) frei drehbar gelagerte Rolle ( 3a ) sitzt. Weiterhin ist jedem Sternrad ( 2, 2a ) ein Antriebsrad ( 4 ) mit zu den Rollen ( 3a ), in Anzahl und Form, korrespondierenden, bogenförmigen Aussparungen ( 4a ) am Außenumfang ( 4b ) zugeordnet, und als Systemantrieb dient eine gemeinsame Schubkurbel. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
