Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0939172A2] The base plate (2) of the balcony or terrace or similar is connected to a concrete roof (4) of the building by fixing members (3) formed as an anchor (5) which is fixed in a corresponding recess (6) in the roof by adhesive. The anchor has at the free end (7), a projection (8) smaller in diameter than the anchor body and able to absorb the tensile forces. The anchor body (9) and/or projection are connected to the inside wall (11) of the recess by a multi-component mixture sleeve (10).
