[origin: EP0939579A1] The flexible heating element has electrically conducting contact (3, 4) and heating (1) conductors that are in mutual contact. The heating surface has directionally dependent conductivity to the contact conductors arranged on both sides. The deflection of individual heating conductor wires is so large that each conductor intersects and contacts several adjacent conductors.
