Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0940201A2] The goods (2) are processed in a station with pairs of opposite forging dies (4), charged by rams (5). Rollers (7) moveable relative to outer guide surfaces of the rams, engage on these surfaces in pairs and after each other. Two pairs of die rams are moved in radial direction via two pairs of diametrically opposite rollers, and the radial impact directions of both pairs cross each other at right angles. The edge lengths of the dies are longer than the finished length per working process, of each work piece.
