Abstract (en)
The magnetic rule, for use on a continuous silk screen printer with a perforated cylinder containing a solid roller (3) or tube of a magnetic material attracted by the rule, comprises a grille (14) of a non-magnetic material with a series of lengthwise cells for permanent magnets (16) with alternating directions of magnetization. The magnets are able to slide inside a fixed part of a lower sole (7) of a magnetic material, and the rule also has two lateral spacers and an upper polar plate (8) with pole pieces (11) positioned opposite the magnets to prevent short circuiting of the magnetic flux.

La réglette magnétique (1) est destinée à un dispositif d'impression sérigraphique en continu comprenant un cylindre rotatif perforé à l'intérieur duquel est placé un rouleau plein (3) ou un tube formant racloir, en matériau magnétique, attiré par la réglette. Celle-ci comprend une grille (14) en matériau amagnétique, comportant une succession d'aimants permanents (16) de sens d'aimantation alternés, montée coulissante dans une partie fixe composée d'une semelle inférieure (7) en matériau magnétique, de deux entretoises latérales (9) et d'une plaque polaire supérieure (8) comportant une succession de pièces polaires (11) de disposition correspondant à celle des aimants (14). L'espacement (e) des aimants (16) et des pièces polaires (11) est nettement inférieure à leur dimension longitudinale (L), pour permettre l'annulation de la force d'attraction par court-circuit du flux magnétique.
