At least one pump element (P) driven by the shaft (W) of a collector motor (M) is arranged in the liquid. A capsule (K) enclosing the pump is attached to the housing. The capsule is mounted inside the housing and bounds the reservoir together with the housing. The capsule is mounted in the housing up to 60 to 100 per cent, pref. 85 per cent, of its length.
