Abstract (en)
The cutting machine (1) with transport mechanism (6) and two cutting stations for cutting alongside and at the bottom and at the top of the book or magazine, is equipped with three stationary counter blades (5) and three movable blades (3) joined to the stationary blades (5) from below. The movable blades (3) move from below towards the stationary blades (5). No upper frame is needed, the view on the item (41) to be cut is not blocked, there is no easier access to the blades (3,5) for exchange and more pressure can act on the blades (3).

Die Schneidemaschine weist auf- und abbewegbare Messer (2, 3) auf, wobei jedem Messer (2, 3) eine Pressleiste (4) sowie ein feststehendes Gegenmesser (5) zugeordnet ist. Die auf- und abbewegbaren Messer (2, 3) sind unter den Gegenmessern (5) angeordnet und zum Schneiden von unten gegen die Gegenmesser (5) bewegbar. Die Gegenmesser (5) sind für den Schnitt jeweils stationär gehalten und an einem wegklappbaren Träger (32, 33) gelagert. Die Schneidmesser (8) sind zum Auswechseln gut zugänglich und die beweglichen Teile der Schneidelemente (14, 14') können ohne Verschmutzungsgefahr in Oel gelagert werden. <IMAGE>
