Improved file folder-binder of the type which is preferably used to contain files, brochures, sheet pads and similar, and comprised of two covers (1) provided with prolongations (2) adhered to said covers (1) and an intermediary back (3) to which is adhered a sheet (4) to which is fixed a body formed of a spiral. Thereby it is possible to keep documents in a vertical position on tables, shelves, libraries and similar supports which would otherwise remain necessarily in a horizontal position due to their lack of consistency and rigidity or to their instability. <IMAGE>
