Abstract (en)
The machine is designed to advance a tube (20) e.g. of thermoplastic film over a filling neck (110) to form the walls (38, 40) of a bag, cutting the tube transversely into sections, and fitting the cut end of the tube which is still held by the filling neck with a closure (50) made from interlocking transverse strips (51, 52). After the walls of the bag have been pressed together above the closure the bag is filled through the neck and its bottom edge is sealed when the next cut is made.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication, sur une machine (100) de formation, remplissage et fermeture automatiques, de sachets comprenant les étapes consistant à : avancer en aval d'une goulotte (110) de remplissage verticale, un tube (20) apte à former des parois (38, 40) d'un sachet; sectionner séquentiellement le tube (20) en portions par une découpe globalement transversale par rapport à la direction de déplacement du tube (20), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre l'étape consistant à : fixer un dispositif de fermeture (50) sur l'extrémité sectionnée de la partie du tube (20), encore retenue sur la goulotte (110). <IMAGE>
