[origin: EP0942238A1] The installation procedure for a heating and air conditioning system (31) consists of fitting an evaporator (18) inside the building, together with a ventilator (19), a compressor (20) and a condenser (11), and a cooler (17) for the water from the condenser outside the building. The condenser and cooler are connected by the central heating water circuit (3), which can be used to feed either the heating/air conditioning system or a heater (4).
