Abstract (en)
The cable contains a number of conductors (12 - 18) in pairs or fours, insulated from one another to limit crosstalk by means of central supple cord (20) and a number of peripheral cords (22 - 28), with the whole assembly enclosed in a sleeve (30). The central cord is of greater diameter than the peripheral ones. The outer surfaces of the cords are metallized, and the outer sleeve has a metal shield, e.g. of metallized plastic or copper wire braid.

L'invention est relative à un câble comportant un ensemble de paires (12 à 18) de conducteurs, isolées les unes par rapport aux autres de façon à limiter la diaphonie entre les paires. Ce câble comprend un cordon central (20) souple. Les paires sont séparées par des cordons périphériques (22 à 28), également souples, répartis autour du cordon central. L'ensemble est entouré par une gaine (30). <IMAGE>
