Abstract (en)
The heat exchanger (6), with the outer air feed flaps in the vehicle closed and/or on failure of the vehicle-side air conditioning equipment, maintains the availability of cooling power. Within the cooling device is at least one fan (4). The heat exchanger is provided with cooling power by cooling units in the vehicle. Within the air channel system (3) is an air feed flap (7) which is closed in normal operation. The input air flows along the switch cabinet (1) or component part and in prssure protection operation with all air flaps closed or by failure of the vehicle-side air conditioning equipment the air feed flap (7) is opened so that the cooling air in air circulation operation in the closed system is fed to the switch cabinet or component parts.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kühleinrichtung zum Kühlen von Schaltschränken (1) oder Bauteilen in Schienenfahrzeugen. Um eine ausreichende Kühlung eines Schaltschrankes (1) oder wärmeempfindlicher Bauteile nach dem Verschließen der, äußeren Zu- und Fortluftöffnungen im Fahrzeug oder im Fahrzeugverband (Druckschutzbetrieb) oder bei Ausfall der fahrzeugseitigen Luftbehandlungseinrichtung sicherzustellen, ist innerhalb der Kühleinrichtung ein Wärmetauscher (6) angeordnet, der bei Druckschutzbetrieb und/oder bei Ausfall der Luftbehandlungseinrichtung Kühlleistung zur Verfügung zu stellen. <IMAGE>
